creating systems for organization

Organization has become an important element in my work. I am not excessively organized in other areas of my life, though I do believe there is definitely a system to how I store all of the objects, scraps of paper, and personal mementos which I am constantly accumulating. One of the first things I made this semester was a paper-maché shelving unit to store fabric scraps I am collecting. I have several ideas for soft objects and possibly some pieces resembling quilts.

And here are some pieces I have been inspired by recently...

Ian Hundley: Bierbergen Oedelum Black

Peter Goff: listen, clean, stop

Brian Lund
